What should I do if the speed of the internet is too slow?

To address speed issues with your internet connection, please follow these steps:

1. Coverage, Congestion, and Carrier Prioritization:

  • Understand that the speed of your internet connection can be affected by factors such as coverage availability, network congestion, or prioritization by your local carrier.

2. Data Plan Limitations:

  • If you're on an Unlimited or daily data plan, you may have exceeded the high-speed limit.
  • Please wait for less than 24 hours for high-speed allocation to be restored, depending on your plan's policies.

3. Check Location for Slow Network:

  • If you're experiencing slow internet, it could be due to being in an area with poor network coverage or slow network speeds.
  • Try moving to a different area with better network coverage and signal strength, then try again.
