To address speed issues with your internet connection, please follow these steps:
1. Coverage, Congestion, and Carrier Prioritization:
- Understand that the speed of your internet connection can be affected by factors such as coverage availability, network congestion, or prioritization by your local carrier.
2. Data Plan Limitations:
- If you're on an Unlimited or daily data plan, you may have exceeded the high-speed limit.
- Please wait for less than 24 hours for high-speed allocation to be restored, depending on your plan's policies.
3. Check Location for Slow Network:
- If you're experiencing slow internet, it could be due to being in an area with poor network coverage or slow network speeds.
- Try moving to a different area with better network coverage and signal strength, then try again.
