No Internet After Installing Your eSIM?

? Problem

  • You’ve successfully installed your eSIM, but you can’t connect to the internet.

⚠️ Before You Start

Do not delete or remove your eSIM.

Our eSIMs cannot be reinstalled or reissued once removed.


✅ Possible Causes

  • “Data Roaming” is turned off
  • Your device is still using the wrong SIM profile for mobile data
  • The network hasn’t been selected manually
  • Real-name registration is not completed for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea.

How to Fix It – Step by Step

Apple

1. Turn On Data Roaming

  • Go to: Settings → Cellular
  • Tap your eSIM line (e.g., Secondary, Travel)
  • Turn on Data Roaming

2. Set eSIM as Default for Mobile Data

  • Go to: Settings → Cellular
  • Tap Cellular Data
  • Select your eSIM profile

3. Manually Select a Network

  • Go to: Settings → Cellular
  • Tap your eSIM line
  • Tap Network Selection
  • Turn off Automatic
  • Wait a few seconds for available networks to load
  • Select the correct carrier for the country you’re in

Samsung

1. Turn On Data Roaming

  • Go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks
  • Tap your eSIM line
  • Turn on Data Roaming

2. Set eSIM as Default for Mobile Data

  • Go to: Settings → Connections → SIM Card Manager
  • Under Preferred SIM card, select your eSIM under Mobile Data

3. Manually Select a Network

  • Go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators
  • Tap your eSIM to access its settings
  • Turn off Select automatically
  • Tap OK to start searching
  • When networks appear, choose the correct one for your country

Google

1. Turn On Data Roaming

  • Go to: Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile network
  • Select your eSIM line
  • Turn on Roaming

2. Set eSIM as Default for Mobile Data

  • Go to: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs
  • Under Mobile Data, choose your eSIM

3. Manually Select a Network

  • Go to: Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile networks → Network operators
  • Tap your eSIM
  • Turn off Automatic
  • Tap OK to start scanning
  • Select the right network for your current location
  • Restart your device afterward
