If your eSIM isn’t connecting to the internet, the most common fix is simple: make sure Data Roaming is enabled on your device.
Without Data Roaming turned on, your eSIM can’t connect to local networks abroad—even if everything else is set up correctly.
Follow the steps below based on your device to turn on Data Roaming:
Apple
1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service]
2. Select our eSIM under the SIMs section
3. Scroll down to toggle on “Data Roaming”
Samsung
1. Go to [Settings] > [Connections] > [Mobile networks]
2. Toggle on “Data roaming”
1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
2. Select our eSIM
3. Toggle on “Roaming”
