Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for eSIMs that have been activated and utilized for data.
Once the eSIM has been activated, and data consumption has occurred, it falls within the scope of our policy, which does not allow for refunds in these cases.
We strongly urge customers to carefully review their plan details before proceeding to avoid any possible inconveniences.
