1. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Service

2. Look under Current Period Roaming for an estimate

3. You can also:

    - Dial 1019# to check data usage (if supported)

Samsung

1. Go to Settings > Connections

2. Tap Data usage

3. Your total data usage will appear on the screen

Google

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Internet

2. Tap Settings next to your carrier

3. Your total data usage will be displayed at the top
