Modified on Tue, 6 Aug at 3:51 PM

To determine if your device supports eSIM, you can check for the Secondary "IMEI" number or verify the option to add eSIM by following these steps:

Apple

  1. Go to [Settings]
  2. Tap [General] > [About]
  3. Scroll down to view the device’s Serial Number and IMEI for your primary and secondary SIM cards.
  4. If you see two IMEI numbers, your device supports eSIM

Samsung

  1. Go to [Settings] > [SIM Manager]
  2. If [Add eSIM] is available, your device likely supports eSIM

Google

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
  2. If [Add eSIM] is available, your device likely supports eSIM

Other Android

  1. Dial *#06# and press call
  2. If you see IMEI2 and EID, your device likely supports eSIM
