If you’re thinking about deleting your eSIM, please keep in mind that once it’s removed, it usually cannot be reinstalled or reissued.
We strongly recommend not deleting the eSIM while it’s still in use or immediately after using it — especially if you may need it again during your trip.
If you’re sure you no longer need the eSIM, follow the steps below based on your device:
Apple
1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service]
2. Select our eSIM under the SIMs section
3. Scroll down to tap [Delete eSIM]
Samsung
1. Go to [Settings] > [Connections] > [SIM manager]
2. Select our eSIM
3. Tap [Remove]
1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
2. Select the eSIM you want to delete
3. Tap [Erase eSIM]
