How do I delete the eSIM?

Modified on Tue, 6 Aug at 3:39 PM

We recommend not removing the eSIM plan while it’s in use or immediately after use.

If you still need to remove the eSIM, follow these steps:

Apple

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service]
  2. Select our eSIM under the SIMs section
  3. Scroll down to tap [Delete eSIM]

Samsung

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Connections] > [SIM manager]
  2. Select our eSIM
  3. Tap [Remove]

Google

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
  2. Select the eSIM you want to delete
  3. Tap [Erase eSIM]
