How do I set APN?

Setting up your Access Point Name (APN) is essential for your device to connect to the internet and use data services effectively.

To find the APN information, click on ‘Instructions to Use Data’ at the bottom of the QR voucher email.

Here’s a guide on how to configure APN settings:


Apple

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service]
  2. Select our eSIM under the SIMs section
  3. Click [Cellular Data Network]
  4. Type the APN information in the APN field
  5. Restart the device

Samsung

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Connections] > [Mobile networks]
  2. Click [Access Point Names]
  3. Make sure you choose our eSIM and click “+” to add APN
  4. Type the APN information and save
  5. Select the APN you just created
  6. Restart the device

Google

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
  2. Select our eSIM
  3. Scroll down to choose [Access Point Names]
  4. Click “+” to add APN
  5. Type the APN information in the APN field.
  6. Select the APN you just created
  7. Restart the device
